Description of the activities:
Right Management suffered from a lack of visibility in the Belgian media, which resulted in a loss of market share in the employment sector. Rather than focusing communication efforts on traditional activities (corporate press releases, HR announcement within RM themselves), we proposed the creation of content directly related to the RM business sector and to present the company’s expertise in talent placement and especially outplacement, i.e. finding a job that better matches the candidates (sometimes it was a complete career reorientation). Journalists’ attention was drawn to the fact that RM provided advice in these areas, proposed solutions or methods to assess their skills, gave tips and tricks to feel better at work or improve onboarding processes.
Increase RM’s notoriety and position it as a key company in the employment sector.
Regular publication of articles in the specialized HR press, in the economic supplements of the major newspapers and in the economic newspapers. Organisation of relatively frequent interviews of RM experts with journalists, to explain to them their vision on one or other aspect of employment in Belgium and its likely evolution. Positioning RM on the board and obtaining real recognition from journalists for the company’s skills and expertise.
